International Shipping- We appreciate our international customers and will ship anywhere except Nigeria. We ship internationally daily using Global Priority Mail whenever possible. We have shipped to over 50 countries. We will quote you shipping charges. Expect delivery to your home in around 3-4 weeks.
Global Priority Mailers can hold smaller items like jewelry, tarot, perfume oils, soaps, even a few t-shirts. The Mailers cost $16.99 to mail. For larger items, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the extra shipping based on the weight of the item. We charge only what it really costs. The first American pound (lb) is the most expensive, so you might want to add extra items to make the shipping more affordable per item. Here is an example of shipping charges:
Each additional pound is approximately $3 more per pound. A pound is .45 kilos
Shipping to Canada and Mexico is less expensive.
You are responsible for any customs charges. Please do not ask us to put "gift" on your customs slip. Putting "gift" on customs slips does not work very often and will often attract attention from customs officers. It is also a felony that would land us in federal prison if we were caught. We wish that customs charges did not exist, we have to pay them when we bring in inventory from other countries too.
Refunds-We issue refunds, exchanges, or credits (your choice!) for any reason within one week of receipt. Refunds will be sent via Paypal. We want you to be happy! We stand behind our items. Clothing must have tags still on them. Items must be in original condition. Please notify use immediately if anything breaks in shipping. We pack your treasures very carefully but sometimes breakage happens. If you receive a broken item, please call us immediately. Please keep the packaging as UPS may want to see it as part of the claim. We will take care of the claim for you.
Refunds do not include shipping costs. Items purchased for Christmas/Yule presents can be refunded/exchanged up to 1 week after Christmas.
Clothing Return Policy
If you receive an item and notice that it is damaged in some way, please contact us within three days by email or phone (402) 393-1121. We will arrange a return and replacement. Please do not send anything back without talking to us.
If the clothing does not fit, please contact us to arrange a return and refund or exchange.
If you return an item for a refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee,
If you return it for an exchange of equal value or more, there will be no restocking fee but you will be responsible for the shipping costs
We won't accept any returns on shoes, sale items, clothing that has been worn or if it has been longer than a week since you received the item.

Correct Address-Please ensure that your address is correct. If we send it to the address you provide and it is incorrect, we cannot be responsible for its arrival. We also need current email addresses to update you on your package's status. Sometimes Paypal will revert to old addresses, we don't know why this happens but please check the address on your order.
