Polarity Wellness Tarot (PWT) is the first somatic Tarot deck.PWT has the same structure as classic Tarot decks and speaks to both the total novice and the experienced practitioner.

The most significant difference to other decks is that each card is a unique digitally designed collage that shows the Polarity Energy Man, who highlights areas of the body to go to take action. The top of each card has relational symbols of elements, types of touch, zodiac and Chakras for further understanding and synthesizing. The User’s Guide, provides concise meanings for each card, as well as a meditation, yoga-like movement, or ritual for each card.

Polarity Wellness Tarot is not a strict system. You may add to it or adapt it according to your knowledge and experience.
