    I have bought many of these and the other avalon blessings pendants. I have given many to friends, family and acquaintances who need a blessing, or a shield to protect their hearts. They have helped people thru anorexia, depression, fear, transitions in life, transitioning from male to female, anxiety... I wear one when I feel hurt or bombarded by negativity. I truly love these pendants.
